You can send any document in PDF, JPG, PNG or CSV format — up to 10 MB through the API and dashboard, 5 MB on the public demo.
Full support: financial documents
Receipts, invoices (factures), purchase orders and expense reports get the complete treatment: structured fields and line items, AI correction, and dashboard analytics by merchant and month.
Other documents
Other documents are accepted and processed, but structured fields, AI correction and dashboard analytics are built for financial documents. For a contract, letter or form, expect document_type "unknown" and mostly empty fields.
Not a fit

Can DocuParse API convert tax forms to JSON?
Not into structured tax fields. You can upload them, but structured fields and AI correction are built for receipts, invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
